FREE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING

We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia on all orders! All purchases are shipped from Gumeracha, South Australia with Australia Post at no additional charge. Once dispatched, delivery is usually within 4-10 working days, however, this may be longer during busy periods (eg. Christmas) and to remote areas.

We also offer an express delivery service which is 1-3 working days (except for some remote areas which could be longer).

We aim to dispatch all orders made before 12pm on the same working day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We pack your parcel super-fast but Australia Post can sometimes experience delay. Although this doesn't happen very often, we think it's right to alert you to this! We entrust Australia Post with your parcel and do everything we can to make sure it gets to you as quickly as possible - but any delays they experience are (unfortunately) out of our hands.

When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from us.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours. After this time, no responsibility will be accepted by us.
